The year 2003, I was tired of looking at myself in the mirror at 300 lbs. and a 44 inch waist. I was on the verge of having a lot of health problems (heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure). My doctor warned me that 50% body fat and continuing the same lifestyle habits that I wouldn’t live much longer. That day I made the decision to change my life and began to exercise and eat healthy. In one year I went down to 165 lbs. I lost the fat but at the same time I lost muscle mass. Although weight loss was good it was also the wrong way.
With proper education I built my body to a lean 200 lb. fat burning machine. Today, I dedicate myself and enjoy educating and partnering with the community to living a better lifestyle by demonstrating proper exercise and nutrition guidelines while making it fun, exciting and affordable.
